Coming Back: New Warrior
Hello warriors and all. I am coming back from a very long hiatus and I want to roll something new. Well, warriors aren't exactly new to me, for I had lvl 20 warrior before I deleted her, but that's not the point.
Anyway, warriors, it seemed, were very easy to play and were wanted for groups. That is what attracts me to the class. Chances are I will be well wanted for missions and they are simple to play; I need something simple to get back into Guild Wars. But they can become even greater the more skilled I get at playing.
To the main point: I am going to be rolling one. But the problem is, I've not actually played hardcore in a very long time, and I feel very left behind. I have all three campaigns(no GW:EN though), but I haven't really played Factions or Nightfall very extensively. And I only just recently beat Prophecies on my Necro, despite having this game since release.
So, I need some advice. Here it goes:
1.) What campaign would you advise I create my warrior in. I'd like to beat Factions and Nightfall, but that can come later if necessary.
2.) Any particular build or weapon spec I should use for leveling?
a.) Any particular second profession I should pick up or should I just stick with nothing? (W/E with conjure flame looked interesting, but I'm not sure if it's for me)
3.) What kind of general advice can you guys give me? I feel so nubbish right now and could use the help.
Thanks in advance.

Start your war in prophecies, you can always buy a run to LA,or mish there, which can save you some time. And the faces for Proph are teh hawtz But if you want to level up fast, probably Factions.
Just don't use a hammer for PvE really, axe imo is the best for PvE.
Necro is a good prof. for a war,to start off, for plague touch I think it's called o_0. Easy to get rid of conditions.
Just get heroes, and don't give them fail builds. :-P

Thank you for the advice. I was leaning toward Prophecies, for it is, in my opinion, the easiest of the campaigns. And axes too, is what I was leaning toward.
I'll think about Necro as my secondary. I'm a little turned off by it just because a lot of the spells cost lots of energy. However if Plague Touch is all I will use, then I may go for it.
Anywho, lets see if I can get more people in here to give advice.
Edit- I can only get heroes in Nightfall, right?

Prophecies is where I make all my chars, just for the free skills. If you like that sort of thing, rather than leveling up quickly, then go Prophecies.

Plague Touch and the whole /N stuff is meh. Halfway decent Monks will remove conditions, unless you're in Proph with the crap henchies. But it's a good idea to just run around without picking a secondary to get the fell of things, then find what you're lacking.
Btw, NEVER EVER use Healing Prayers. It sucks hard.

NF and EoTN, but you don't have that, so yes, NF is it.
You might want to look at the guide I wrote, it's sticked.

Imo I'd think about making a sword warrior. Make sure to get Dragon slash and if you like AB battles get the skill save yourself. Its really overpowered and can be kept up most of the time by using it with dragon slash. Makes everything so much easier.
For secondary pick whatever you want, Sometimes I find it fun to run a shock warrior when I am messing around and beating missions etc. W/mo would be good for mending touch or you could use what other people said.

Yeah, Plague Touch is alright,it was just a starting idea.
I personally just use all war skills, except when running/solo farming.

Thanks for the feedback. I already read your sticky(and loved it btw) and just posted this topic to get the opinions of more people. I like to have a wide variety of sources before choose a class and such.
What would you say would be best for me if I were to be going for the Survivor title? I've always wanted to have this title, and I figure now's a good time to go for it.
Edit- I plan on doing this all solo with henchies. Not sure if that changes anything or not, but I figured I'd tell you.

Just run anything you normally would, but be more careful. It sucks not having EoTN because you can't get it risk free from Wurm farming or Kilroy runs. Just be careful, hold aggro, pull properly, and any other smart things to reduce the damage.
